TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEFINITION                     

In these terms and conditions – “the Company” shall mean SUVA BOOK SHOP. “the Customer” shall mean a customer of the company.

DEFINITION APPLICATION      

All orders received from customers are subject to these standard terms and conditions of trade. 

Each and every subsequent invoice confirms our contract between parties.

PAYMENT

Payment is done with the order.  Payment is accepted by Debit / Credit cards. All prices displayed are in Fijian Dollars and include Vat.

MINIMUM ORDER         

There is no minimum order value.

PRICING POLICY             

All prices shown on Suva Book Shop’s website are subject to alteration without notice. However prior notice of impending price changes will be given wherever possible. Prices shown are the customers unique net prices in Fiji Dollars vat inclusive.  Freight charges are extra.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

In the event the customer requests proof of delivery, such requests must be made within 14 days from the date order was placed.

BACK ORDERS                

There will be no back orders unless requested by customer which will take approx. 12-16 weeks from date of request to be delivered.

THE CONTENTS OF OUR WEBSITE AND THE WEBSITE AS A WHOLE ARE SOLELY INTENDED FOR YOUR PERSONAL NON-COMMERCIAL USE.
