We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from SUVA BOOK SHOP.
Upon receiving the product it is your responsibility to check the product properly to make sure the product or products are exactly the same as what you ordered prior to opening the package. The customer is responsible for checking the item for any visible defects and to exercise due diligence in checking the product upon delivery.
However if you have received a defective and/or damaged product or a different product to your order simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery in the original condition and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. All you need to do is send us a message through our CONTACT US page.
To be eligible for a customer for a return
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it in.
- The item must be in the original packaging and packaging must not be tampered with.
- The item needs to have the original receipt as proof of purchase.
If a product returned as faulty is found to be not faulty, it will be returned and the buyer will be charged freight to and from the bought address.
Apart from returns of defective, damaged or different product supplied, the customer is responsible for freight charges of returned products.
All returned items should be delivered to our warehouse and should be sent by registered or certified mail or by signature required courier delivery.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of delivery, other than faulty items and this has to be notified to us within 7 days of receipt via our contact us page.
Also note refund or replacement does not apply to clearance and sale items.
There are some items you’ll need to assemble. These items will be checked for their contents in their boxes before delivery. If wrongfully assembled by you there is no refund or replacement on these items.
