DELIVERY

We do not ship overseas

We deliver only within Fiji (Viti Levu, Vanua Levu and outer islands).

DELIVERY CHARGES-:      

– Delivery charges is $10.00 VIP Viti Levu, $15.00 VIP Vanua Levu. Outside city/town area item will have to be picked up from courier office to be advised by us: standard delivery charges will apply.

– Outer islands freight cost will be calculated and advised. This will have to be paid prior to shipment. 

– Collection of goods from warehouse -: You may collect the item directly from our warehouse by making arrangement.

– When placing orders for delivery or pickups please provide the following:

• Physical delivery address.
• Name & contact no. of the authorised recipient.
• Authorised recipient to provide valid photo ID upon delivery.
• All deliveries will be done during business hours Monday-Thursday 8.30am – 5pm.
• All deliveries will leave our warehouse within 3-10 business days once orders have been received and payment received.
• Pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 3-5 days of receipt of order and payment: You’ll be notified by phone/email and the pickup address.

 

All our orders are manually checked and packed for delivery.

We do not deliver to remote addresses (you’ll have to pick up from nearest courier office or PO/GPO).  Standard delivery charges will apply (Viti Levu $10.00 VIP, Vanua Levu $15.00).
